Just got up, got the coffee going. impossible to sleep.
My wife & I went to bed last night saying to each other, "tomorrow is the superbowl, and the Saints are playing in it"
Can you really grasp that?!! It's the freakin superbow today, and it's also a New Orleans Saints game day!!

Tried falling asleep at midnight, slept til 2:00... fell back asleep woke up at 4:00, somewhat fell back asleep, woke up at 5:15, figured I 'aint gonna get to sleep, so just got the hell up. Coffee brewing, got my 360 playing the game and just watching it.

Had to wake up for work at 5:30, then get off at 5:30 and still drive an hour from work back to baton rouge to pick up my girl then go to central for the game.... I'm gonna be pushing it sadly

I was up early and roamed the french quarter 2 weeks ago on game day (left my hungover husband in bed). But i went out a little too early b/c I saw lots of vomit on sidewalks! Ha! So I suggest waiting until they pass that machine that washes down streets/sidewalks. Wishing I were there again this weekend instead of in Gulf Shores. HUGE coonass party at the beach though, should be awesome! Up cookin now.... WHO DAT!

The gf and I are going to wander around in a little bit for breakfast and then to look at some houses that she wants to see, and then we're going to return to Marigny to watch the game.
