Has to be Moses. He has a long history and that gives him the edge barely.
There's a story that during a game in Oakland some of the crazy Raider fans starting beating up on Moses. All Saints fans came to his aid.

As far as overall fandom, it's got to be either Moses, the whistle guy, or the clown. They've been there for as long as I can remember, so you know they're true Saints fans.
