jerry lee's boudin

i always thought this place has the best boudin in baton rouge. he even has a neon sign proclaiming the greatness of his product. any other places that rival his?

His boudin may be good but the casing he stuffs with it sucks. It does not " snap" when u bite into it. You end up eating it like a push up pop.

His boudin is good but it's different from boudin from the lafayette area. You will probably like ronnie's better. I think Ronnie is from Opelousas and is related to the family that owns best stop. I think Ronnie's is the best in town.

You need to get the hogshead cheese from Jerry Lee's though.

My vote is for Jerry Lee's by far. Great flavor and not greasy. Their head cheese is killer too.
