I hate it when Im in a section full of fairweathers who aren't even into the game and then leave at half time. They treat it as a social event and then get mad when you get excited and scream

Actually, there is no stadium seating in the 3 theaters in town. One was built in the 70's and has the original turquouise seats with the cup holders being small holes in the wood. Sad thing is this is the best theater in town.

Why stand? Didn't you pay for seats? Standing makes no sense at all. It's the dumbest thing done by the dumbest fans in any sport. Well, not as dumb as jumping up and down in place, but close.

Not everyone is physically to jump to their feet on a moments notice. A person can yell, holler, scream, clap, punch the air with a fist, high-five and all other forms of support or excitement without having to stand to their feet. Everyone has paid money for a SEAT and should be able to watch the game from their SEAT. The purchase of a SEAT does not give anyone the right to stand and block someone else's view of the game. That is rude, crude and extremely sophmorish to do such. Then for some on the rant to invite them to go home and watch it on TV is assinine. Respect other Tiger supporters and don't be an arse by claiming rights you don't hold a title to. I love LSU and when I am able to get tickets to a game I try to be a good fan by yelling and making noise when called for but also not to infringe on those around me. Grown Up

FAIL:
I have purchased a ticket that gives me the right to VIEW the game. If the nut in front of me is leaping up on every play or standing continually, then I have the right to ask them to sit so that I may see the game. If you were sitting on your couch watching a football game and someone was standing in front of you blocking your view of the TV or everytime the ball was snapped leaped to their feet blocking your view of the TV would you just stand the entire game with your couch right behind you or would you ask them to sit so that you could see the game. If you told them they were blocking your view of the game and then they basically told you to p***off or that you need to stand, what would be your reaction?

I had this happen to me once in Tiger Stadium. The guy behind me told me to sit down. I looked back.
There he was. Jabba tipped 'em at what had to be close to 4 bills.
So to the OP, you're either a giant fat arse who can't stand up yourself, or you're just a plain ole average douche.
You do realize you're at an LSU football game, right? The library is about two miles that way.
