I've never thought about it, but I think I prefer seafood to any other kind of meat. When you consider the variety of flavors..man yum.

I'll start (in no particular order)..and let's assume we're talking FRESH here:

- orange roughie
- red snapper (i've been known to eat this raw when out on long fishing trips)
- shrimp
- oysters
- catfish (i'll be damned if you can beat good whole southern catfish that hasn't been cooked until the flavor is gone)
- king crab legs :salivate:
- crawfish

Damn, ok this is making me realize I like pretty much everything that comes out of the sea (or ditch)

I really like my catfish served whole....a little more work but the flavor is so much better. plus you always get the perfect size young catfish...not those big 4 and 5 pounders.

+a billion

i completely agree..the meat closer to the bone doesn't get overcooked like catfish 'chunks'. i cant even eat catfish nuggets..to me there is zero flavor..all you taste is cornmeal.

btw, you should see me 'clean' a catfish. i bet you money i find and eat meat on that fish that lesser men dare to tread i know where the bones are and how to avoid them.
