Never see it in the boucheries/specialty meat shoppes....

I got it years ago from a place east of Franklin near Centerville....

you will have to go to some real country meat markets. avoyelles parish had a place awhile back you could get it. would try rural parishes around lafayette or opelousas.

doubt you will find it fresh anywhere but you might find it frozen

It's no longer legal to sell ...some small quick stops around acadiana area you can still find it ...but look for the small mom and pop operations.
