Me either...Broughton is one of our strongest pitchers. Did he pitch against LSU in the '05 Regional? Zimmerman for us pitched extremely well and Lott in relief as well.

Good Game Tigers...hopefully we can steal a win next time.

Just saw that we play again tomorrow. Dammit....I hate having two games in the middle of the week. I don't remember us doing this a lot (multiple midweek games) in past years or am I just crazy?

Do you follow college baseball at all? The more knowledgeable baseball fans on this board will tell you that NSU has had a strong program for almost the past 20 years

It's midweek baseball. NSU is playing against the flagship and going all out. It's the Demons night to play the big boys. They have a solid program and split with Tulane early in the year. No, Tulane isn't going to the CWS, but they aren't terrible. Obviously there are frustrated fans, but understand a little about D-1 baseball and playing 50plus games a year.

Yes and no. Neither team started weekend pitchers...I am sure both teams wanted the W.
