They took it down to 240p to reduce facial recognition of agents.

Watch the agent that first reacts as perp runs by. He backs off and grabs his weapon instead of chasing down. Then when the other SS agents move in, he is the last to get in line.

Looks like the agent on the right is shot in the gut right before that agent draws on the runner.
The officer on the left seems to have drawn first and may have had to hold off shooting to not hit the agent on the right who was in the crossfire angle.
I think the runner had his gun out while he was running down the hall

Looks like the ss agent in the middle is the one that got shot in the vest. You can see him kind of flinch to his chest. He recovered like a mother frickin boss if so
