Only against LSU are we reviewing double plays if foot was on the bag. Could be called with basically every major league game but it isn’t. Bush league review

It’s a challenge. If Jay or any other coach wants to challenge that play they can. Thinking that there’s a conspiracy against LSU because the opposing team challenged a call and rightfully got it overturned is dumb.

Its not bullshite, you cant move quicker and move past the bag so you can make a play at 1st. They need to start reviewing it more. How hard is it to keep your foot on the bag. Same thing earlier when Ruckert got pulled off the bag. Yeah Caraway should have made a better throw but if he comes through the bag and plays it like a 1st baseman that ball is caught but no he is cute and straddles the bag making him have to reach across his body to try and catch the throw

That play is reviewed in MLB 90+ percent of the time. Players have adjusted to holding the bag longer, and there are rules in place about how a runner must slide to protect the fielder.
