Looking like the whole southeast is in a major drought. I swear we haven't had a real rainy day in like 6 month here. The old saying April showers bring may flowers. looking like a miss this year. Would never wish a hurricane on anyone but we sure could use a tropical storm.

We need to implement that climate change tax so this drought will end.

Although, I thought this "climate change" was going to bring more bad storms, thus more rain. Maybe I misread that.

I haven’t cut my grass in 2.5 weeks because there’s been no substantial growth because of no rain tbh

South Ga and Northern Florida are having wildfires right now. They are evacuating people.

I've seen dry summers, but never an April this dry.

We have had .14 inches of rain this April in my area. If you have terrible spring pollen allergies (like myself) it has been miserable.

I’m on an Everglades herping trip right now and the snakes are scarce. At some of my spots the ponds are almost bone dry. 23 snakes in 5 days. Normally I’d be at 100+. At least I got my biggest target of the year.

Where I’m standing here should all be under 3-4 ft. of water.

About 25 years ago we had a Spring drought in the SE. I think in LA we went something like 45 -50 days without rain.

These things go in cycles about every 20 - 25 years.

Every April I see my pond overflow from rainfall. This year I've had to turn the pump on to keep it level.
