You know, I thought my sweet and sour pork tasted a little gamey yesterday.

If it was fresh I’d eat it.

Yeah the only foul i see here is putting it in the walk in with the restaurant food. If I know a deer is fresh I'm not letting it go to waste.

How many Americans hunt and eat deer?
In Iceland you can find horse on some menus.
That being said doing this and selling it as chicken, beef, or pork is just wrong.

Would you pay to eat road kill?

What part of me saying it was wrong could you not read?

It isn’t the eating of deer that is the issue.
It is the roadkill part.
What was the point of your qualification that people eat deer?

The picture of the meat just sitting on the ground in the parking lot doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence about how they treat the food they are serving. I can guarantee you that people are pissing on the ground where he skinned that animal.

More than likely not road kill. They are buying them

I’m guessing you’re saying that people shoot them out of season and then sell it to the Chinese restaurant?

No way it could pass for any of those meats. Someone was likely just keeping it refrigerated until he brought it home.
