Is this stuff only legal when the police does it? Like the FBI and even local police departments have done similar shady stuff for years. Look at Gary Thomas Rowe as the worst example. He ended up getting immunity for everything ranging from beating Freedom Riders with a baseball bat to helping kill Viola Liuzzo to allegedly even helping to carry out the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing.
