You can buy it on abebooks, which is owned by Amazon, right now. There are also a couple of ridiculously priced copies on Amazon itself.

I went to my Amazon account and searched for the book you said is banned and learned the book is available on Amazon for purchase from multiple sellers both in paperback and hard cover editions.
