One thing I really dislike Ingram for is his habit of blaming everyone but himself. You went 3-15 with 5 turnovers. Look in the mirror man.

Cavs are pretty much going with the OkC game plan. They are all over BI and helping on him when he gets inside the 3 forcing anyone else to beat them but BI.

BI still forcing up really difficult shots instead of using his teammates more.

Jose just came in for 3 minutes and the intensity of the game changed immediately.

Chirping at CJ and both got Td up.

Ingram is thr worst type of player to have in the nba. Pretty good on a big contract and arse in the playoffs

We’ve all said this over the years.

Every other team’s fans see his good games and thinks wow… and there are plenty of good games to pick from.

they don’t see the equally consistent house building games, choking when it REALLY matters… and the superstar contract that comes with it … and the injuries!

Zion is a worse player to have than Ingram

Ingram led team gets led to the playoffs

Zion led team gets led to the lottery

Ingram is not a perfect player, but he was much easier to root for than Zion

Ingram actually lived up to his role as a number 2 here. Zion is the one that failed us, not Ingram.

I think it's kind of garbage that anytime a past player has a bad game or series, we have posts circle jerking over it, while our own team has been planning their April Cancun vacation since the 1st week of December.

There's no Zion vs BI debate anymore. The answer is neither.

If BI performed well in the playoffs he would get props. He doesn't. This isn't a one bad game or series situation. It's standard for him. Defenders lay into him and he shrinks under pressure. He has a lot to prove to change that.

Ingram is a loser. Always has been, always will be. Just glad Toronto took his lazy arse out.

What does Zion have to do with this thread?

The idea of debating one vs the other is laughable considering the answer is neither.

"Ingram is the worst type of player to have in the NBA"

I was just arguing that point more than anything. Carry on.

This.

I'm actually frustrated because the answer was Jaylen Brown --- because we were one step away from getting him as a return.

We were one step away from getting him and Tatum. The board was split on here between Tatum and BI going off memory. I know I wanted Tatum. I think the Celtics offered just Brown, Smart and other assets in the end.

Everybody wants to act like the Pels are solely a poorly managed organization, when in reality injuries and AD being a whole bitch have a lot more responsibilitiy than what the media will admit.
