Any intellectually honest person knows the Dem Filth cannot win a fair, secure election. That’s why they fight hardest giant nothing that allows for transparency in elections.

Hopefully tomorrow. Or it may be better to wait for after Virginia votes on redistricting if this drops before it will energize democrats even though it likely easily passes in Virginia

And they’ll still lose the house in the midterms. It’s going to be one of the most lopsided ever!

You haven't looked at the maps and districts. There's only about 20-25 seats in margin of error territory. The country is heavily gerrymandered.

And that needs to be remedied, STAT.

They say we are equal in the eyes of the law.

So let it be done.

True.

The current lineup required these districts just 3 years ago.

If the Northeast has zero Republicans, then the Southeast should have zero Democrats. Fair is fair.

Everyone keeps complaining about the economy. My 401K which I cannot control past choosing a group of mutual funds is up 17% this time last year. My investment with my financial advisor are doing better. Unemployment is less than 5%

What is there to complain about? Gas prices and groceries? That is just temporary and a function of being at war in the ME. Things fluctuate over time. Think what would have happened if Kamala Harris was in the Presidency. We'd probably be giving Iran another couple billion to finance their reign of terror.

I just had a conversation with two of my friends here in California explaining how the North has repeatedly used every tool in its disposal to reduce Southern representation from the very beginning of the formation of the country. (I.e., 3/5 Compromise).

I then went on to explain how this philosophy carries through with the way the VRA is implemented and targeted against Southern states specifically through guaranteeing race-based representation against the will of the state governments and their peoples.

That perspective blew their minds.

Why? the dems approval numbers are worse than the Gop at the moment. And by then the fruit of what Trump is doing will be lower prices and a safer world

It's crazy how there's no Republican representation in the Northeastern states.

This ruling and along with birthright citizenship/Census counting of illegals to determine electorate distribution are likely the most important rulings in the last 75 years.

If they both cases are struck down it would likely cease the ability for democrats to gain enough seats to control the majority for the next 100 years.

You're right, though I'm not confident the court rules against BC
