Do the people who run your state really want illegal immigrants removed?

I believe that where I live the new construction and agriculture sectors would collapse without illegals. I’m not convinced that my Republican legislature and governor actually wan that to happen.

no, they want YOU to believe they want them removed.

Yes, I believe Desantis does.

We're doing fine down here in South Alabama without those mother frickers.
But you do you!

Abbott loves Indian cock. He apparently can't get enough.

Most of them don't. Some of them may, but actually doing anything runs counter to their own best interests when it comes to their political careers.
End the jobs, end the money, end the problem. No one, even Donald and crew, has proven willing to hold the employers accountable in any real, damaging way. Why? Because they fear losing their financial support. Abbott is the most egregious example of this fact.

This is part of the problem. A lot of businesses in the USA rely on immigrants for labor, and a subset of those rely specifically on illegal immigrants that they can pay below minimum wage and force to work in ways that violate labor laws.
It's quite a hypocritical society when we make it very, very hard to immigrate legally while simultaneously relying on illegal labor for our agriculture and complaining about illegal immigration.
They're here because people in business want them here. They're both invited and disinvited to the USA at the same time.

Call me crazy, but I have a sneaking suspicion there just might be some illegal immigrants in south Alabama.

In Maryland?
Absolutely not. They do everything in their power to prevent it.

How often do you visit construction sites?
Posted on 4/15/26 at 4:18 pm to weagle1999
No
AZ
I work nationwide and a large portion of the employers I interact with hire illegals. So it is all talk in the end... Businesses love it.

3 times a week. I am in commercial/Industrial building construction.
Any more smart arse questions?
You think mexicans are the only people that can perform construction activities. you're wrong, again, if you think that. We had zero issues when ICE was running around.

There is a right way to do this.
Go back across the border, come back in legally (with a work permit), work.
We need to know who you are and why you're here. And you need to renew your permit annually until you gain citizenship status.
It's not so much that they are here (the ones that just want to work) it's that they walked in (thanks Joe) without signing in.
Criminals and those with bad intentions need not apply.
