Thief breaks in, cuts man’s yard, then steals the mower.

I was once walking down St Charles by Sacred Heart heading to the parade route and saw a dude hop a fence and steal a leaf blower out of someone's yard. After a few hours at the parades I was walking back to my car and the same guy was soliciting the homeowner offering to do yard work with the lady's own leaf blower

Hey, criminal or not, likely crackhead or not......that shows the ability to form and implement a complex bidness model.

Also might allow you to go undetected longer since the homeowner wouldn't need to look for it.

If it's really hot outside, like say in August, I wouldn't even mind somebody stealing my lawnmower if he cut the grass first.
