Not afraid to say the 1997 flick is a decent movie if you chore through the stupid Rose and Jack story. Everything from the iceberg on is great cinema.

I always hated that image. It wasn’t about the size of the door. It was over it being half submerged if he was on it, defeating the point.

In one of the overhead shots of the door, water is sloshing around Rose’s feet and legs. If Jack would have added his weight there would have been no buoyancy and they both would have died.
