I always hear how fun they are but never have sought it out. Is there a team whose more fun than others to watch? I like hard hitting and fights, whose best at this? TIA

I heard the Quebec Nordiques and the Hartford Whalers are very fun to watch in person.

I’d check those out if I were you.

The Dallas/Minnesota series could see some action. They played a few nights ago and it was chippy as hell, hopefully that continues.

Dallas and Minnesota should be the best first round series, closely followed by Tampa Montreal

If you like hitting and goonery, tune into the series with Ottawa vs either Carolina or Buffalo

The Sabres home games are going to be insane. Longest playoff drought in all sports coming to an end in a hockey crazed town

Yep. First timers should jump on the Sabres wagon. Should be a ride.

Rivalry matchup here.

It would be like Cubs-Cardinals in baseball or Saints-Failclowns in football.

Ottawa is going to be a bitch to play against for the Canes, hopefully they send em home early. Arguably been the best team in the NHL the last two months.

Since America's Team didn't make it, I'm rooting for whoever can beat the Lightning.

I love the way the Hurricanes play. They're an interesting bunch, and should be a really tough out.

In the west, Dallas/Minnesota has bad blood. Anaheim and Utah are interesting, and could make noise. Colorado is a machine.

Anaheim is going to get absolutely rolled by the Avs if they play. Carlson will be an on ice pylon Utah is interesting agreed.

Edmonton is going to be a bitch if they get Drais back in the first round. McDavid has been playing as well as he ever has the last month.

F the Flyers for eliminating my Caps.

Hope Ottawa or Buffalo come out of the East but Buffalo is probably too green right now. Guessing winner of Dallas/Minny vs Avs to rep the West.

They were until early January. They're still really good, but not winning 7-8 in a row like they were consistently. They'll still be hard to be in best of 7's.

Would like to see them find their stride and bring Lord Stanley back to Denver.

MacKinnon/Makar/Necas are must watch hockey.

Dallas/Minn is going to be fun. The Stars have their own entrance onto the ice & goal song that was recorded by Pantera in the mid 90’s. The AAC crowd goes off. NHL playoffs are different because anyone can win in the first round. It’s intense.

Dunno. Anaheim is plucky, and has some interesting talent. I could see them giving Colorado a serious scare.

In fairness, also haven't been fully healthy since then. Seems like (now including Bednar ) we'll be at full strength come Game 1, and that includes the additions we've made with Roy, Kulac, Kadri and what feels like an addition with LOC.
