beat 11th ranked Arizona 3 - 1 to win series. Great series win.
Pitching - Great
Hitting - Not that good, but good enough.
Defense - Needs work (Talking to you Tori)

Agreed, pitching was elite, should have scored more but poor baserunning cost them at least 1 run.

I guess you are talking about Kylee not scoring from 2nd on a hit OVER the right fielder's head, right?
That was Elementary bad baserunning. You have to go half way. Even if she catches it, she's going towards the wall. You have way enough time to go back, tag, and make it to 3rd easily.
You can't just stay on 2nd with your main objective just to get to 3rd on that play.

Softball is playing very well now-- two weekend series wins in a row, and with Arizona actually a Top Ten adjacent opponent. A welcome change from the disappointment and discord in the baseball clubhouse

I'm a LSU softball fan. We deserve better than the coaching Beth is providing the program. She is consistently .500 in conference. And .800 everywhere else. Admin seems content with her mediocrity.

As Verge himself said it’s impossible to be elite in every program in today’s time!! They have played a brutal schedule overall and playing better with a lot of new faces, let’s see how it plays out. Do you want more rev share from football? Basketball or Baseball? Women’s basketball? I’m sure Beth would love to have 750k to spend, Texas Tech spent 3 mil or so, would you be ok with that? Texas has great players and will get no better than the same result vs OU, the sec is tough!!!
