Rahm Emanuel is actually making sense and speaking out about Democrat priorities.

This is the first video I saw of him earlier today, and I just saw another one of him on Fox News of him actually making sense in that one also.

Politicians garnering support by telling constituents what they want to hear, yet have no intention of doing anything to implement reform is frustratingly effective in sustaining their polical careers.

Obama and Clinton were masters of this and their legacies are built on flowery messaging instead of disastrous policies.

He’s a commie, but like most of the others from Obama’s 2008 run, he understands how to win elections. Same with Axelrod, Pluff, and Gibbs.

They were all really good at peddling the dems’ middle class messaging and staying away from their kookier, unpopular ideas like reparations and trans stuff. The middle class stuff was a load of BS, too, but it got them some votes in key states.

The fantastic irony of modern dems is that they shunned all these people—who won two presidential elections this century—and went all in on Hillary and a bunch of loonies who’ve never won an election outside of NY or California.

And they double down again with each arse kicking. With each election cycle, their values deviate further and further from those of normal people who aren’t obsessed with genitals and identity politics.

Damn, that was shocking to me. I've heard this guy say some ridiculous things in the past, but hell, most of that could've bren said by Pat Buchanan.

They are the party of TDS now.

100%

That's it.

Whatever things Trump declares he is against is a hill they want to die on.

And they wonder why they're dying so often and fast.

Hillary was the candidate of the same Clinton machine that produced Bill Clinton and Rahm Emanuel. The radical left grudgingly supported her because she was a woman and possibly gay. But they were in favor of Bernie in the nominating race. They felt betrayed by the mainstream of the party when Bernie was pushed aside. And they used Hillary’s loss as the proof that what the people of America really wanted was the shunned Bernie Sanders and his Marxism.

The same thing happened with Biden. The mainstream of the party saw a disastrous result looming as the left looked likely to win, so they quickly settled on Biden. Biden, like Hillary, was the anti-left candidate. I know the Biden administration seemed very left wing, but that was because while the center-left won the nomination, the far left won the staffing contest. Elizabeth Warren was placated by the center-left by giving her unusual influence over the staffing of the Biden administration.

The radical left has still not had one of their candidates win the nomination. They thought they did with Obama, but they felt betrayed by his administration in that they governed as center-left (This shows how radical they are). They are getting more and more militant about having their way.

Well I for one certainly hope they get their way on that, early and often. I don’t see how that scenario could result in anything but a Democrat loss.

but primarily because she was utterly ruthless and without a single moral cell in her body.
absolutely nothing had any importance to her other than political advancement.

Possibly one of the most evil women of all time.

I’m with you!

That’s why the center-left keeps sabotaging the Bernie-Bros.

He’s following the pre-Obama playbook:

When the party loses voters, provide lip service indicating a move back to the middle. When the votes come back, proceed with radical leftist crap.

And just like the "other" few examples, he will be eaten alive by his own.

He stated the core of the issue pretty succinctly: the party went from acceptance to advocacy and that's a big shift of focus.
