A new documentary called Capturing Bigfoot claims to have unearthed evidence thad debunks the famous Paterson Gimlin film shot at Bluff Creek, CA in 1967.
The debunking claim largely rests on recently unearthed footage that the filmmakers assert was shot in 1966, and was a rehearsal for what they claim to be a hoax. Supporters of the Patterson Gimlin film's authenticity claim the new footage was a re-enactment of the actual encounter.
There is no chain of custody for the new film, so nobody knows when it was actually shot.

The first clue was that it looks exactly like a man dressed in a gorilla costume.

That’s exactly what they want you think.

That footage is proof positive that Bigfoot exists. Also there’s hundreds of other videos.

Pffft. Steve Austin proved Bigfoot was fake 50 years ago.

Funny how Bigfoot deniers criticize any film or photo evidence but some “found footage” from 50 years ago (supposedly) comes along and they’re all-in.

As long as no one tries to cross human DNA with a Nutria to make full size nutria coats from a single animal, we should be safe in SE Louisiana.

That video was debunked at least 20 years ago.

People still argue about this while the mongoloids who made the fricking thing admitted it’s just one of them in a suit.

Like the guy who made up the Nessie story, or the guys who were making all the crop circles by stepping on broomsticks.

Its not like Bigfoot would be in an ocean so if there was such a thing, we would know about it and the population would likely be much bigger today.

That has not happened. One individual has claimed to be the man in the suit, but he has given so many contradictory statements that his credibility is hard to rely on, and he could not replicate the bizarre gait of the creature.

Ok I’ll give you that. I’m not going to argue semantics about a mystical creature that doesn’t exist.

Is a giant bipedal rabbit more or less real than Bigfoot?
