How are the No Kings rallies not an insurrection against a duly elected president?

500 groups. Three billion dollars in revenue. Pre printed signs stacked and shipped before you even knew what you were supposed to be mad about.

That is not a spontaneous uprising. That is infrastructure. That is planning. That is money.

It's truly wild how much these folks eat up the "No King" thing. If anything, one could argue that Trump has had quite a few obstacles in his way to getting what he wants, so much so that some on the right feel like he has let them down and not accomplished a domestic agenda they expected. But these lunatics on the left are marching because "muh dictatorship, muh king."

You're asking why a bunch of elderly people at a peaceful protest isn't considered an insurrection?

The fools are protesting against an imaginary king.
No doubt they suffer from mental retardation.

It's clearly not an insurrection which is why most have simply commented on how retarded the attendees are.

So, largely the same as Jan 6.

They aren't violently attacking government officials and actively trying to overthrow the government. If they start kidnapping government officials and taking over government building then it crosses into insurrection territory. Also most of these protests are solely against Trump and not the government as a whole. This also prevents it from being considered an insurrection.

Peaceful protests are part of democracy, however much we disagree with them.
When we start calling peaceful protests "insurrection" we sound like dictators.

Not exactly. The rallies are not organic. They are organized by the political opposition, funded by nefarious agents like George Soros, and many of the protestors are paid and have no idea what they're protesting against.

That doesn't sound like a protest to me. It sounds like a highly organized, ongoing insurrection. In my years on this earth the only time I've seen anything like it in America were the Vietnam war protests. But at least those people knew what they were protesting. This is not like that.

The “no kings” bullshite is just the anemic “cause” of a dysfunctional gang with nothing other irrational anger at the failure of their commanders to formulate anything resembling a real political agenda that can stand any serious attention.

They got nothing to offer other than nonsense designed for morally challenged intellect.

Well if he were king and not president, then it would be an insurrection

Yea, all of these protestors obviously don't have much of a social life, family, or better things to be doing. They are the losers who did not succeed in the most advantageous era in global history. So obviously, they want to blame the system and successful people for their misery and failure of a life. They are so arrogant and self absorbed, that they could never look in the mirror and acknowledge that they are the problem.
