The most democratic socialist thing. Will make inflation go higher.

But y’all salivating over it because of Trump.

If Obama or Senile Biden passed this, yall would be in an uproar.

Politics truly have become so tribal that people can’t even see through shite

This new brand of hating Trump because you're "too conservative" is about as transparent as the classic "I'm a moderate who hates both sides" shtick.

It would have been restricted to illegals and non-tax payers, thus making it actual socialism.

When has it ever been the conservative belief that giving any money back to taxpayers was hardcore socialism? I don't remember that during my studies at Liberty University.

Isn't it privately funded as in no tax dollars

What's the age range for this?

I wonder what the demographics are.

For most of the accounts, it is private funding.

For children born in 2025 and 2026, there is a $1000 seeded from the treasury.

For someone like me who questions the long term viability of social security, this is a test case to get the citizenry off the government tit into defined contribution plans.

Actually you’re just an idiot. Obama or Biden would never do this because they didn’t do anything to help the average American.

I thought we were against things like this? Is this good “now”?

It’s funny how so many get upset about Trump losing support without considering that the reason for that is he’s doing very non conservative stuff like this.

If this would have happened a few years ago many on this board would be furious. I just want to know why that isn’t the case now?

I thought that they didn't open until July 4th, and that date was in jeopardy.

From my understanding, the Trump account is basically an IRA for kids with different rules. It allows parents to put money in for their kids with tax free growth.

Partially. Dell donated $6.25 billion, giving each acct an additional $250.
