These are both cheap and should be included since the price is already ridiculous.

Crawfish Special
5 lbs $35.00
Extras:
Corn $1.00
Potatoes $1.00

Why do restaurants charge $3 for a $0.10 coke?

Because people are stupid enough to pay it.

Rubba Boot in Shreveport is good, but one corn and two red potatoes with a 5 lb box for $35+ is communist

Eat shrimp. Crawfish were cheap when they were a ‘roach of the sea’ nostalgia. Now that blue haired white women have grown an interest…go back to shrimp.

Is that per corn and per potato?

I would prefer it be a pre set price of $3-$4 and you get a couple of corn ears, 3 to 4 potato, a garlic head. Maybe a link of sausage.
A-la-cart pricing on sides is price gouging.

You’re paying $35 for 5 lbs and you’re complaining about $1 for corn and potatoes?

Yep, I'm old..but the first sack of crawfish I bought somewhere around 1976 was $20 or two for $30. Oh well, we also bought a bag of weed for around $10.

You're not paying for the veggies. You're paying for the extra dusting.

Maybe if you're buying it in Vacherie. That's $15 in Thibodaux.
