That’s getting it done. Hopefully it keeps going.

I wouldn’t say I quit on him but I was if the opinion that he had to make major changes to his pitch mix.

Life has kept me from seeing his last couple of outings. So I don’t know if he’s done that or not.

Watching the last inning today he seemed to be throwing the curve and change up equally effectively.

Apparently he can only pitch to quality teams. If they give him another year, don't pitch him until mid-March

I don’t remember exactly when he fell off, but for most of last year Cowan was money.

It was towards the end of SEC play. Can’t remember which game but he had 2-3 outings that were real bad. Came in Omaha and performed well and we don’t win the natty without him.

Someone made a good point about how good he is with a lead because of the lack of patience of opposing hitters. Kentucky chased everything today.

When Cowan is on, he’s really good. Same as last year.

Like last year he was a critical piece in their run. He freaking owned Arkansas who was probably the 3rd best team then.

If this team is able to turn it around and make a run, damn sure better believe he will be a big part of that.

One of my favorites. I hope this continues for his sake and his hard work.

No Natty without Cowan last year…. Might be the most overlooked player on the team

Helluva stat line there. Probly not too different from his SEC start last year.

Him behind one of our power arms seems to be his most effective use. After the hitters have seen heat and big “stuff” on the breaking pitches for 6 innings he can be super effective. Just needs to keep getting ahead and locating his pitches.

If this team does anything significant this year, we are gonna need him to keep doing what he is currently doing.
