How are “women only” gyms legal?

Private businesses can do as they please. Couldn’t care less about a women only membership gym.

You had to do a web search to verify that women's only gyms exist?

It’s the double standard.

Not only am I really okay with women-only spaces, there should probably be more, as there should be men-only spaces.

I’m old enough to remember the so-called 2nd wave feminism which fought for, among other things, to allow women reporters into men’s sports locker rooms and men’s clubs (think smoking jackets and bourbon).
