I've always liked Wade and disagreed with how he was handled previously. I had high hopes for MM, and felt it was about a year past time for him to go.
I have been rock solid adamant that trying to get Wade back was a lost cause. Why would he ever come back here? The school that turned their back on him and treats basketball as the third, maybe 4th sport. Why would he leave NC State that actually cares about and has a fanbase that cares about basketball?
Whelp, I was wrong. I posted 17 times that the thought of Wade coming back here was stupid. A waste of brainwaves.
I'll acknowledge that I was dead wrong regarding Wade. Welcome back, General.

I always thought it would be possible, but Woodward and Tate BOTH had to be out of the picture. I would have NEVER thought that both of them would be gone this soon.

You had a flawed view. Those that turned their back on Our General were fat liberal gay boy Scott and DEI hire Tate. Everyone else including the important boosters wanted the General.
