Anyone else get annoyed when people feel the need to say "im just messing with you"? Most of the time someone tries to mess with me im dont even entertain their annoyance and they take that as me not realizing that theyre messing with me. Which then prompts them to say im just messing with you, as if i didnt realize it.

Usually that means they like you. If they did not, they would avoid you at all costs, and for the times they can't avoid you they would "keep it professional."
