I have a friend in DFW who was training for running in that marathon. I've shared this with him for a response.

It used to be that there was shame in stealing. People would do it, but they still acknowledged it was wrong. They would at least attempt to hide it.

The lack of shame is the scary part. Do it in broad daylight with their face exposed without a care in the world.

These are people who are not equipped to be part of civilized society.

Imagine thinking this is the solution to declining birth rates. Lol.
