A former Penthouse Pet with a taste for Porsche and Mercedes will face a judge after allegedly wooing lonely old men in Beverly Hills and other posh LA neighborhoods — and then burglarizing their homes.
Adva Lavie, 27, better known to magazine fans as Mia Ventura, faces more than 11 years in prison for a rash of high-end burglaries that prosecutors say she committed after using online dating sites to pick her targets.
Prosecutors allege that from 2023–2025, Lavie trolled dating apps and cultivated relationships to burglarize and steal from wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
Lavie is accused of posing as a girlfriend and travel companion to older men to gain access to her victims’ homes, and then stealing cash, gold and high-end designer items.

The camera better show some smash and grab shite.
Or else, I’m her defense lawyer and I’m claiming these old dudes picking up my whore client gave her permission to take the shite as payment for her services.

Judge: "Counselor, your client has ridiculously fake tits. Guilty on all counts".

I’d set a few fake Rolex’s scattered in my bedroom to hit that.

Under California Penal Code Section 459, burglary is the act of entering a structure (residential, commercial, or any other type of property) with the intent to commit grand larceny, petit larceny, or any other felony. The entry into any structure does not have to be accomplished by force, through threat of violence, or through any act of destruction, it only has to be done with the intention of committing a felony or any crime that can be charged as a felony.
Louisiana's statute talks about "unauthorized entry." However, consent to enter based on fraud could be treated as an "unauthorized entry" because the consent based on fraud is invalid.
A problem for the prosecutor is that they have to show intent to steal at the time of the entry. The defense will likely try to push a jury to a theft rather than burglary conviction.
California residential burglary range is 2 to 6 years. Louisiana is 1 to 12 years.
