MLB Bold Predictions Thread

Call your shot and get your bold predictions for the upcoming season in here! I’ll start:
1. THE JUDGE will hit .350 and crank 67 JUDGEMENT DONGS en route to his first triple crown and yet ANOTHER MVP award in his already first ballot hall of fame career. Captain America’s revenge tour begins tomorrow!
2. Shohei Ohtani will win his first Cy Young, because…
3. Paul Skenes will be a Yankee by the trade deadline. It is inevitable.
4. BIG DUMPER will regress, but still jack 40 dongs.
5. Dylan Crews will return to the show and go scorched earth, leading the Natinals to a wild card berth.

Phillies pitcher Christopher Sanchez will finish close to Paul Skenes in Cy Young voting.
We will make the playoffs with a hot offense to close the season and piss me absolutely the hell off in the playoffs by not being able to hit a goddamn ball to save their lives.
Even worse Kyle Schwarber will lead in homers in 2026 beating out Judge, Ohtani, and Raleigh and not hit a single one in the playoffs.

I'm not a Pirates or Skenes fanboy. But this is one of the things I hate about MLB. The Pirates have a talent they can build around but just refuse to, like many other teams that sell a great player. In hopes of what? Do they really think between the 3 draft picks and 5 prospects they'll get 8 Skenes level guys that they can win with. Its more likely one of those 8 guys will be good and then they'll just sell him too when it comes contract time....rinse repeat.
