WSJ: 3,000 Troops from the 82nd to Gulf

Trump will lose a lot of people if he puts boots on the ground and we lose just 1 service member. Just keep bombing the frick out of them. No need to send our men and women over there to fight a war that's not even ours.

I was assured in another thread that any concern I had for my Army son and daughter-in-law being on the ground there was idiotic, since they both signed up to do whatever Donald Trump wants them to do.

If POTUS decides to invade China because of “reasons”, I have no room to question it. That’s what they took an oath to do.

In other words, the same mentality that got us Vietnam.

If one American troop on the ground dies after being deployed to this war, Trump is toast with most Americans. I understand some have already died, but I'm specifically talking about any that get deployed specifically because of Iran.
