Makai Lemon working out for Saints today

USC WR Makai Lemon, one of the Draft’s top players at his position, is working out for the #Saints (Pick No. 8) today and has already worked out for the #Commanders (Pick No. 7).
Lemon visited the #Browns (6 and 24) last week and has the #Titans (4) this week.

I have heard repeatedly that the player that teams want to meet with the most might be him. They really want to talk to him in person given some of his weird stuff at the combine

Yeah MT13 was great, but total head case
Idk why we of all teams would want to take a chance on that again

You can be a headcase and still be a good teammate and employee. It's what type of headcase you are that matters.

You don't know why a team would want a player capable of being offensive player of the year?
And the weird stuff Lemon did at the combine was he spoke with different body language. Most of the complaints about it were from shitposting aggregator account and shitposting Fehoko.

If the Saints do their homework and draft him? Sure thats OK
They will at that point know more than me
His stats look good but there is no denying that the weird stuff causes some concerns from the layman.
Like he wouldnt be worse than us drafting Marcus Davenport, etc

Agreed. I’ve watched other interviews of his during the season and he acted nothing like that. Hell, go watch his Pro Day interview. Totally different. Idk if that’s a good or bad thing. But am I crazy for saying I don’t give a shite if he’s Antonio Brown levels of nutjob if he plays like AB?
But during the Payton era, I have a feeling it wasn’t just guys they wanted more info on, but also guys they liked a LOT. Could be different now under Moore and with a more collab style front office

Personally I think the character concerns are BS… but I’d rather take a WR in rd 2 or 3 just because I think the talent drop off is minimal from the top guys

I think coach Moore had the impact on last yrs draft .As long as he is the man I will let them pick who ever they want and be positive about it.

As long as we don’t have Sean Payton thinking he’s the smartest man in the room only to outsmart himself drafting this year, I’ll be fine with who we take. The drafts have improved since he’s gone, especially last year.
