Video is clear that a group of several people are sitting on her hood and/or kicking her car while she is not physically doing anything to them other than possibly saying: Get off my fricking car.
But it's 2026 and not 1986, so she will probably get to serve some time in the interest of appeasing the mob -- based on the famous case: "Summer of Love v. Sanity" that established the precedent of "We have a bunch of loud, fat people here and you can't tell us shite."

Any lawyer could easily make the case that she didn’t want to drive, but felt compelled to in order to avoid being killed by the local trash. She had no other option in that moment than to take refuge in her vehicle and get out of the area to avoid being a statistic. Not Guilty

A good lawyer would argue she would never have entered her car and operated it if she had not felt her life were in danger.

That group of revelers likely startled the girl. I’ve been told this is adequate justification for murder, so I presume this incident to be a lesser crime and the driver will not be found guilty of any wrongdoing.
