For our own armed forces while they are actively engaged in hostilities? Yes, without question.
I don't see how this is at all comparable to funding a foreign country's war effort.

Currently borrowing 50 billion a week, passed 39 trillion last week... These kinds of $'s apparently mean nothing anymore. It's just a 4 lane debt fueled highway to hell. Like Rome, who went broke funding military campaigns ending in currency debasement and run away inflation. And Weimar. So it will be the end of our Republic eventually. Discipline is gone.
