As in did I go measure him?
This off-season the MLB went and actually measured every single player in preparation for ABS
Some players went from 6’2” to 5’10”
Harper went from 6’3” in 2024 to now 6’1”

With a computer now calculating a strike zone for each player and tracking pitches down to the millimeter, measuring the correct height of players became a major offseason project for MLB. In February, the players were brought into a lab and told to take off their shoes. It was finally time to measure their exact height.

I’ve met him multiple times and I have a hard time believing he is 5’10” as well. The MLB does now know for sure his actual height but doesn’t mean they published the measurement height for his profile
quote:
The rules for that measurement included:
No shoes
No hats
Knees exposed
Heels together
Back against the wall
No slouching
League officials took two height measurements of each player, according to MLB reporter Adam McCalvy. If those measurements were off by more than two millimeters, another measurement was made and then an average was calculated.

He weighs at least 200, probably around 210 too.

NBA players grow and shrink by 3 inches from year to year depending on which propaganda publication you prefer.

Why’d they make them remove their shoes if they’re wearing them when they’re hitting? Seems like they should’ve had the players assume their batting stance in a batters box and measure them that way.

He's no taller than 5'9 I've stood next to him

My old buddy who pitched in the majors for a few years told me Jeff Bagwell was the shortest person he had ever seen in a baseball game since high school

Can confirm.
I also asked him who the best pitcher he faced was (this was in 2018), and he said: "None of them, they all fricking suck." He later said he has trouble picking up the ball from Marcus Stroman.

One of the criticisms of the ABS is that it does not consider stance
