Tarantino's been attached to so many projects that never happened its hard to believe any news about him. Maybe this will be like Sin City where he just does one scene.

Which, coincidentally, would have also featured gangsters from that time period since it was supposed to be based on the episode “A Piece of the Action” from TOS.

Probably the legendary Mitchel BNC. The limited B&W cinema film stocks will be the factor that really limits them, though. There are still enty of Mitchell's and lenses out there. Will still be badass if they actually do it.
