This is from an article yesterday, before the loss to Texas discussing his first year in Carolina.

After operating as one of the nomads of the sport for the previous few years, he feels it's time to settle down.

"This one at NC State has been pretty smooth. For better or worse, I've done this five times now, so you get a little bit used to it. I'm tired of doing it, so we don't want to do it anymore,"

Doesn't sound like a guy who is leaving. I know everyone will say it's similar to Kiffin comments at Ole Miss but it's not. It was obvious Kiffin was leaving the Rebels well before it was official.

You claim you want McMahon gone but you seem to always crap on the possibility of him being replaced (especially with Wade).

You’re not fooling any of us.

To be clear...that is not a denial.

(I do not think he is coming but I guess we will see)

You claim you’ll quit being a fan next year too. Guess we’ll see

WW would be better than MM next year, absolutely. I don’t think either should be the coach at LSU next year, but it appears those are the only 2 options.

If it’s not WW (I don’t think it is), then hopefully they go all in for 2027

What if the place you would be moving to is one where you previously lived and worked for 5 years, in addition to another 2 years in the same state? A place where you would be working for the same boss you worked for a year ago, with a chairman of the BOS who was a donor to your basketball program? A place where you already have relationships with the donors? A state where you and your family have lived for 7 of the last 9 years?

This isn't Cal Berkley asking him to move across the country to a state he's never lived in and has no connections to work for a university that hasn't seemingly moved all the administrative pieces in place to entice him back.

Equating Nick Saban and Will Wade.

Situations aren’t remotely similar nor are they of similar stature.

False. I’ll stop watching. Doesn’t mean I’m no longer a fan. I willl disconnect though if a change isn’t made because that will signal to me that the admin doesn’t care about MBB.

But you can go ahead and keep wasting your time with another 3 win conference season and 15th/16th place finish.

He also said he hasn’t watched a game since sometime in January. True fan.

He just hates Wade, nothing to do with LSU MBB fandom.

Doesn’t watch, but posts 10x in every thread about Wade. And other posters are obsessed, lol. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Nothing a Coach says should be taken as absolute truth. However, I still don't believe LSU will fire MM. I will continue to approach it with a believe it when I see it mindset.
