Vegas and Seattle

I see the owners are voting on adding Vegas and Seattle. What are the chances that New Orleans gets moved to the Eastern Conference in that scenario, or would they be eyeing Minnesota and Memphis, given how close we are to HOU, DAL, SA, etc.?

Only one team would move to the East if they're adding 2 to the West, so most logical seems to be Memphis

New Orleans should go to East. And the organization should be doing everything possible to make it happen.

From a travel standpoint it makes sense to draw the line diagonally and keep New Orleans in a division with the three Texas teams geographically

I agree that it's an incompetent franchise, but I love that we are just making up reasons for new incompetence now

Yeah its not like we can control it. However, the more power an owner has the more likely they could push for their own franchise to move East.
Regardless...its going to be the TWolves, they have too many teams in the East close to them

Our proximity (and Memphis') to Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio
versus
Minnesota's proximity to Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland

you are still bending over nola and memphis traveling to west coast teams that are just as far as minnesota constantly.

Slim to none.
Memphis or Minny will move east first because those are a better fit with the various divisions.
Minny works out great with the Bucks, Bulls, Cavs, Pacers, Pistons, etc, in the Midwest, for instance.
