I made “Pastaman Curry.” Found out weeks later it wasn’t all that great though.

I ate two double whoppers with cheese while drunk one time. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Not such a good idea an hour later.

At the fishing camp I usually get drunk and put some red beans on top of some tortilla chips and cover it in nacho cheese with jalapeños to make red bean nachos.

Nacho cheese doritos and chocolate ice cream.

Trust me, it's delicious.

I once made what I thought was gonna be the best pizza ever. Put it in the oven. Bout an hour later… “oh shite, the pizza!”. My buddy runs to the oven, opens it…number 1, I never turned it on. 2, there was a raw crust hanging onto the rack for dear life and on it were 3 separate piles neatly arranged. Pepperoni, cheese and sauce.

I wasn't drunk but I made a 'Frankenstein's monster lasagna' once.

It was a normal lasagna, except for the pasta...
1. Top layer, lasagna noodles
2. Second layer, tortellini
3. Third layer, ravioli
4. Bottom layer, lasagna noodles

The thing was so thick is took fooooorever to cook.

When I was taking Ambien to sleep I dipped Nilla Wafer cookies in mustard one night. I remember it like in a hazy dream. The same damn night I brought down a bag of brown powdered sugar and was dipping the cookies into that. I left damn mess.

Oh yeah. But I usually can’t remember what it was, but it was epic.

Late night, at the crossroads of inspiration and inebriation, is where greatness occurs.
