NEW YORK (WPIX) – A Honduran man accused of shoving two people onto the subway tracks in Manhattan over the weekend has been deported four times and sneaked back into the country a fifth time, immigration officials said Thursday.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on Bairon Posada-Hernandez, who has a lengthy rap sheet with drug and domestic violence charges, and asked New York authorities not to release him, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

The detainer was placed when the suspect was arrested on Tuesday for assault, for allegedly pushing a 30-year-old man and an 83-year-old man onto the tracks in an unprovoked attack at a subway station on March 8, authorities said.

Whenever I go to NYC and take subways, I always have my back against the wall waiting for the train. Lots of crazy people.

Just shoot him. Won't come back then.
Agree.
1st time caught? deport
2nd time caught? depart
There is no third time.
Should be standard practice.

This is horrible and an enormous injustice. I don't understand why folks affected by these type of crimes haven't launched lawsuits against the DA's that have allowed these illegal immigrants to continue to walk the streets and endanger the public.
Also, if those folks being affected by this type of crime aren't raising hell about it,
I suppose it's on them.

My understanding is that this is the cultural norm in Honduras.

Hang em high, deport and seize his country of origin's assets.

And suddenly places like Honduras and El Salvador are beginning to top the list of safest countries in the Western Hemisphere after being among the most dangerous countries to visit in the entire world.
