Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, recipients, on Wednesday, sued the U.S. Department of Agriculture over food restriction waivers.

The National Center for Law and Economic Justice, a nonprofit, and five SNAP recipients from Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee and West Virginia filed the suit. They accused the USDA of violating the Administrative Procedure Act, which requires federal agencies to follow specific procedures when issuing regulations.

They should get only milk, eggs, meat, beans, vegetables, fruit, bread, and rice.

If Coke switched to pure cane sugar, in Louisiana, they would be eligible for food stamps. Meanwhile, HFC and zero sugar additives are not eligible.

Sugar cane mafia/cartel strikes again.

Those SNAP recipients obviously have never heard the old saying, " beggars can't be choosers."

Oh look, another frivolous lawsuit, probably filed by an NGO, funded by our tax dollars, Coke and Pepsi -- to sue our Federal government, funded by us. All this to keep Coke and Pepsi on the government teat. Unbelievable.
