I don't think it happens this year, I actually think they give Matt one more year because of the massive commitment to football.

Maybe. But that is a risky as hell way to do it. You basically give NC State a year to get their ducks in a row. The longer Wade stays there the harder it will be to pull him out of there.
I have zero faith in the powers that be when it comes to basketball management. The idea of another year of McMahon is truly nauseating and would not even be entertained at any other athletic department in the country.

Jeff Landry is TERRIBLE as Governor. And his interference in LSU sports last year is still a stain on LSU, IMO. Note: the last 4-5 statewide polls have Landry's approval ratings at 43% and lower, even down into the 30's.
Rouse is a big sports guy and so are most of the Edwards and some of the Landry appointments on the BOS. As far as sports go, the BOS is good.

I agree with you on most things, but we’re going have to differ here. Getting rid of William Tate and Scott Woodward were absolute wins for LSU.
And by the way, without Jeff’s interference, Brian Kelly is still your football coach is Scott Woodward is still your athletic director

Landry isn't an LSU fan but he will 100% do whatever it takes to get love from LSU and the BOS.
The sooner some of you realize that the better. He's not gonna get in the way. He orchestrated the BK firing for the BOS. He stood back and let them hire Kiffin.

He is trying to capitalize on the popularity of LSU sports, and to overcome the widely held view that his loyalty lies with his university, ULL.
He would like to be regarded as a champion for Tiger sports and cover himself in glory that will lead to popularity and votes.
You seem to have swallowed that hook along with the line and sinker.
