I have a dream that my poor little children will one day live in a nation where they will not buy suppressors through a legal process from hell but in blister packages in hanging by the checkout line at academy.

Did they have the Lyman suppressors? I'm planning on trying one out as soon as I can find one.

Weird.

I went to their website and was able to pull them up. I clicked on one and then when I went back there were none on the page. It looked like they had a few brands.

I know they had Silencer Co. If you type that in it pulls it up on the quick box, but if you press enter it doesn't pull it up.

Not sure if anyone is looking to buy Silencerco right now, but Apocalypse sports in Ponchatoula is having a pretty good deal on Silencerco cans right now. Most of them are $150.00+ off.

Market is driving the price way down too. Once they become more popular there's no reason for your avg suppressor to be more than $250. I mean some supressors are more than the gun they are on, which is exponentially more complicated and dangerous.

Can you buy these like buying a gun now ?

Just a regular firearm background check ?

I know a while back they were strict and it took a month to get approved.

What’s an “average” suppressor?

No, the process is still the same albeit more streamlined than years ago. The main difference is that more people are buying them because you no longer need to pay $200 tax for each.

Looks like they are carrying them without "carrying them."

You can pull them up with creative searches but nothing is listed in their online catagories menu.

Pussies. Either you fricking have them or you don't.

When I search on the app they all show up as “new” but nothing in stock yet.

I’m no guru but the avg suppressor is probably $600 right now. Certainly not $250. $500-1200 seems to be the normal range.

Why are suppressors more than new barrels for example? You can buy .223 barrels for $75-250

This board, once again, gets me to spend money. Just got back from purchasing my first can. Sparrow 22 for a Savage Mark II. The possums and coons around my house are about to be declared war on. Was 10% off

Are y'all putting these on guns that are already threaded for a suppressor or is there some way to put them on any gun?

Yes, a lot of guns come threaded nowadays. If not, you need to have the barrel threaded.
