The Justice Department is finding thousands of noncitizens and dead people on voter rolls as it pursues more state election records, said Harmeet Dhillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights, in an interview.

“We’re finding tens of thousands of noncitizens on the voter rolls, hundreds of thousands of dead people on the voter rolls, and duplicate registrations between states,” Dhillon said on “Just the News, No Noise.”

Dhillon based her claim on a review of only 16 Republican-leaning states, such as Florida and Texas, that voluntarily complied with the Justice Department’s request for the election records.

quote:

The administration is suing 29 states for the records, seeking to ensure that states are complying with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Those laws require states to update their voter registration lists and ensure they are free of names of dead people, or people who no longer reside in jurisdictions where they are registered to vote.

Registered voters die and move.

Are they finding evidence of dead people voting? Or of moved people voting twice?

This is why voter rolls are (or should be) cross checked with the existing databases where things like death and new addresses are compiled.

You're conflating here

What's posted in OP is well known stuff for anyone who knows the basics about our elections.

I imagine this is going to be the proverbial "kernel of truth" and your post seems to indicate that to be correct

Just imagine how screwed up the voter rolls are in the blue states / mega blue metro areas.
There is a reason democrats fight to keep the voter rolls un audited or un cleansed.

Democrats would never win again without dead people and illegals.

Trump probably even wins California if it wasn’t for dead people and illegals voting.

You just proved yourself wrong

The issues posted in OP don't prove fraud or even discuss it directly. That is your conflation

You also just proved my point about the "kernel of truth", where people take something true and then create expansions and implications extrapolated from that truth that aren't supported.

The conflation, again.

I never claimed fraud was a thing

Both parties know this. The uniparty wants things as close to 50/50 as they can get it so it can be munimpulted with no suspicioin.

This country would be 60 percent conservative if things were on the up. No way its that closely devided without outside persuasion.

This seems very off

How many Presidential elections has the GOP won the popular vote the past 30 years?

What saves the GOP is wasted DEM votes in coastal enclaves (but that is changing and turning purple states blue and red States purple while the coastal DEM enclaves remained super blue)

Correct. So instead if the morgue calling the newspaper, shouldn't they inform a government system that alerts all necessary offices.

And shouldn't a move of residence trigger a duplicate in the new place, making them remove old residence issues?

Is 2026 and we have computers that can handle this in seconds

That is exactly right. We already have databases that show who is alive and who is dead and who is a citizen, etc. Use what we already have!!!

Non-citizens being registered to vote is fraud, even if they don't vote.

I'm still on the NJ voter roll for Morris County and I haven't lived there in 11 years and haven't voted there in 12 years.

My father was getting voter stuff in the mail until 2008. He died in 2000.

And eliminating vote by mail, requiring ID keeps them from voting in the next election.

They are trying to use it. The blue states will not provide their voter roles. Things that make you go hmmmmm.....
