People will complain about it from now until the day before Thanksgiving, but they'll watch the game and be happy that it's on. And the NFL knows that they all will, so they'll keep putting games on Wednesdays too.

They need to chill. 3 games on Thanksgiving Day is perfectly fine. Thanksgiving monday-wednesday is prime college basketball preseason tournament time and sets the table for a great sports week as the cfb regular season comes to an end. They have already encroached on Christmas Day (the games this past season all sucked). Not to mention all these stupid international games. Goodell sucks.

With how much these players are making today, maybe they should play year round

I don't mind more games on more days.... but they need to schedule the shite better so it's not a slop fest

All of this. Thursday night games (or Wednesday night ) should not be played by teams that played the previous weekend. Sure, you'll miss out on Thursday night games on weeks 2-5 & 16-17, already don't do TNF for W18; but the TNF games in weeks 6-15 should be much better.

They also need to go back to a 2nd bye week that is a minimum of xx weeks from the 1st bye week.

Hopefully it is a team coming off of a bye but still that is one less day of recovery for them.

It's too much. There are already three games on Thursday and one on Black Friday. Get rid of the Black Friday game and leave that to CFB then.

This I'd be okay with.

Agreed. The Black Friday NFL game always feels unnecessary.

Now giving us a Wednesday before Thanksgiving game I can get behind. It would need to be setup right to ensure both teams aren’t playing on short rest, but I wouldn’t mind it

If NFLPA really cared about player safety, they'd be throwing a fit about the games already on Thursdays....let alone a Wednesday game. Weekday games should be limited to teams coming off bye weeks.

And teams playing international games should have their bye weeks scheduled the week following their overseas game.

I’m glad player safety is not an issue. Two days rest is reasonable.
