Same

Watching all the games getting canceled. I feel like I remember Pels and Mavs were supposed to play. They were warming up and then players just walked off the court

What a weird moment that was

no it was 100% Pels vs Kings in Sacramento and it was a decently big game for playoff seeding (from my memory)

I remember thinking no way it gets cancelled, had no clue the world was about to go bat shite crazy and politicians and pathetic loser lonely people would get to flex their “power” by enforcing whatever they wanted in their heads regardless of the long term consequences

I remember watching the ACC tournament shut down following the Florida state game.

Same. I was sitting on the patio at a restaurant eating dinner. Last time I would do anything like that for about 3 months.

Michigan trotted out for warmups at the B1G tournament and I got some lunch and settled in to watch. Then, they just called it and I was like WTF, the world is ending.

One of the dumbest was John Rahm covid positive and had no symptoms before the final round of I think it was the Memorial that he was leading. In a sport played outside and they could have had him play by himself. Nope had to withdraw. Idiotic time that was.

NC State baseball not being allowed to play in final game of College World Series will forever piss me off

Also what they did to Djokavic.

We let a few idiots dictate the world. It’s really sad when I see people wearing masks today.

I actually think people would push back more if something like this happened now. A LOT of people are tired of the groupthink BS that came to a head in 2020.
