I actually enjoy having more sunlight when I get home from work. It allows me to get yard work and other stuff done during the week instead of on the weekend.
Why do some of you act like this is a travesty?

I for one look forward to leaving the office while it’s still daylight

I love it. More time in the afternoon to enjoy.
Crazy, I set my alarm for 4:00am as usual today so I could hit the gym and still hit the lake at daylight. Didn’t realize I was an hour behind until I was in the gym. Never affected, yet women in the office will complain for the next two weeks how the time change is screwing them up.

No, I’ll be waking up an hour earlier to go to the gym.
And I wouldn’t trade it. I love it being light out when I’m actually able to get out and do things with my kids during the week.

Sorry you didn't have the same weekend as everyone else to prepare for this.

Always wished time change would happen on Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning to give us 2 days to get used to it rather than 1 before going back into the M-F grind

It is stupid to do this nonsense twice a year.

I hate DST, but you can go to bed an hour earlier.

I think there’s around 40 or something. I think. Don’t hold me to that.

As I say every time this comes up: I don’t give a frick whether we make Daylight Savings Time the new permanent standard time or get rid of it altogether. Just do away with this retarded dance we do twice a year
