Duke under Scheyer is like Kentucky under Calipari. They should be the favorites to win every year on talent alone, but their superstars are always young, so who knows how they'll perform under pressure come tournament time.

Looks like Duke is slightly ahead of them now at DraftKings and BetMGM. Michigan is still the favorite at FanDuel. The injury for Cason is the type of thing that could cost Michigan a final four run. Roddy Gayle was hobbling at the end of the game just now, too.
